At GISA, we respect each other and treat each other with tolerance. Good social behavior is practiced in class council lessons, for example. We offer a mentoring system (buddies) for new students to help them settle in quickly. We appreciate every effort and see mistakes as learning opportunities. Our protection concept provides a theoretical framework, which in turn is applied in everyday life through the implementation of class and school rules and the "feel-good-group". We live democracy in that each class elects class representatives who are involved in decision-making processes. Elected liaison teachers can be contacted at any time.
