Announcement: “Give me 30 seconds” – Peace Bike Tour Visiting the GISA Christmas Market

As part of our school Christmas market on Saturday, 29 November 2025, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Swiss Club, we are delighted to welcome two special guests:

Dieter Sehburger and Christoph Roller, who began their journey in Germany and Switzerland, arrived in Accra on Friday, 28 November with their bicycles. They are currently on their impressive “Peace Bike Tour”, travelling from Germany all the way to Madagascar.

Under the motto “give me 30 seconds”, they collect voices from people along their route: What creates peace? What does peaceful coexistence require? Everyone has something to say about peace — and often 30 seconds are enough. This international exchange shows that peace can begin anywhere.

We warmly invite our entire school community to meet them, learn about their journey, and share your own “30 seconds” on the question: How does peace work?
