Cambridge Checkpoint Exams at the German International School Accra
With focus, determination, and great commitment, some students of the German International School Accra sat for the Cambridge Checkpoint Exams in Mathematics and English this week. The exams are part of the internationally recognised Cambridge curriculum and provide an important benchmark for students’ learning progress and academic competencies.
While the educational focus of the German International School Accra clearly lies within the framework of the Thuringian curriculum and the German school system abroad, we deliberately align our international benchmarking standards with those of Cambridge. This helps ensure compatibility with the Ghanaian education system as well as with international educational pathways — an important aspect of our diverse and international school community.
Our students approached the examinations with confidence, concentration, and a very positive attitude. We wish all participants continued success and all the best for the remaining paper next week!
