Fresh Breeze for Lunchtime! 🌱🍲

Following our comprehensive survey among students and parents, we immediately took the next steps together: A committee with representatives of students, parents, school leadership, and the board met and engaged in an intensive exchange with Eva from North Ridge Café. This allowed us to discuss the results and develop concrete ideas for improvement.

The outcome: We are bringing a fresh breeze to our school meals! More variety with Ghanaian and international dishes that are both child-friendly and healthy. New dishes will first be introduced on a trial basis – and the children themselves will provide feedback. In addition, a staff member from North Ridge Café will now support the lunch service, making the midday break even smoother and more enjoyable.
