German as a Passport – A Creative Journey Around the World
During our German as a Foreign Language Summer Programme, our students set off on a creative “journey around the world”. Together, they explored Europe, Africa and Asia and discovered different countries, cultures and traditions along the way.
Through a variety of creative and playful activities, the children were able to use and further develop their German language skills. At the same time, they created, experimented, discovered and learned from one another. In this way, the programme combined language learning with creativity, intercultural learning and shared experiences.
Throughout the programme, the students produced many colourful and creative works of art. A selection of these is now on display in a small exhibition in the entrance area of the Secondary School.
We are delighted by the curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm shown by our students. Parents and visitors are warmly invited to take a look at the exhibition and discover the results of this special journey.
A special thank you goes to Denise Schoechert and Bernard Boateng, who showed great commitment to our students during the summer holidays and accompanied them as their “tour guides” on this linguistic and creative journey around the world.
Thank you to everyone involved for a Summer Programme filled with language, creativity, encounters and teamwork!
