GISA opens the Goethe Cultural Festival 2025 – Grade 7/8 delights with interactive Christmas theater
No sooner had class 7/8 recovered from their exciting school trip than the next big adventure was already upon them: on November 14, 2025, the Goethe-Institut invited them to its 14th Culture Festival – an event not to be missed!
German learners from all over the country came together to experience a day full of encounters and creativity. Together, they celebrated not only the German language, but also the lively interplay between Ghanaian and German culture.
In the midst of the colorful hustle and bustle: class 7/8. Their DaF students had rehearsed eagerly, painted signs, and learned texts – for their Christmas interactive theater, which ultimately had the great honor of opening the festival. Supported by their DaM classmates, they briefly transformed the stage into a magical Christmas world full of joy, laughter, and surprises.
After loud applause from the audience, the DaF students left the stage with proud faces and a feeling that will probably stay with them for a long time: sometimes culture speaks louder than any language.
