Introducing the new interns

Alicia Bergner is 24 years old and currently lives in Berlin. She is studying Special Needs Education and German at Humboldt University. She completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of Erfurt, but was born and grew up near Würzburg. She will spend 5 months at DISA for her Master's programme.

Lennard Brodner is 32 years old and is currently studying to become a primary school teacher at the HU Berlin in his third Master's semester, specialising in German, mathematics and general studies. Before his lateral entry into the teaching degree programme, Lennard worked in project coordination for an NGO and as a freelance trainer in anti-discrimination education work. He is completing his practical semester at GISA until the end of January.

Touali Koré is 21 years old and comes from Hamburg. After completing her training as a foreign trade clerk, she gained one and a half years of professional experience. Her passion for politics and music made her want to change her career direction. In order to pursue her interest in social and educational work, she decided to do a voluntary social year at GISA. She loves to play football and guitar.

This is Emelie Maaß, she is 17 years old and comes from Rheinsberg in Brandenburg. She graduated from high school in 2024 and is doing an internship in the nursery and kindergarten this school year.

Lena Prosser is 24 years old, comes from Berlin and is studying to become a primary school teacher in the 3rd semester, specialising in German, maths and sport. She is working at GISA for 5 months as part of her practical semester.

Lina Robst is studying to become a primary school teacher at the University of Potsdam, specialising in German and maths. She is currently in her second master's semester, the practical semester. She mainly accompanies and teaches in class 1/2 and is very much looking forward to her time at GISA.

This is Timna Schmidt, she is 22 years old and comes from Freiburg im Breisgau. Timna is in the final year of her training as an educational specialist and is now completing this with us in the kindergarten.
