Educational Boost – Personalised Learning for Every Child

Every child learns differently – with unique strengths, interests and learning needs. That is why our Educational Boost Programme is a central part of our primary school concept.

Through Educational Boost, every pupil receives targeted support or additional challenge exactly where it is needed. The programme is based on continuous observation, learning assessments, diagnostic tools and close collaboration between teachers, pupils and parents.

The focus lies on strengthening the core competencies of language, reading, writing and mathematics. Working in small, flexible learning groups allows children to consolidate, deepen or extend their learning according to their individual progress. Group composition is reviewed regularly and adapted to each child's development.

Educational Boost is much more than a support programme. It combines assessment, personalised learning and talent development in a continuous cycle of observation, support, reflection and adjustment.

Our goal is to meet every child where they are, foster a love of learning and provide a strong foundation for future academic success and personal growth.
