A Strong Start for Our “Grow with Football” Teams

Our Grow with Football teams delivered an impressive performance in their very first friendly matches, showing great determination, joy in playing, and true team spirit.

In the match against the JFC U10 selection, our players started with an excellent first ten minutes and deservedly went into halftime with a 1:1 draw. With only one substitute available, the boys fought bravely until the very end, keeping the game exciting right up to the final whistle. Ultimately, we had to accept a narrow 3:1 defeat – but the team’s effort was outstanding and deserves real recognition.

The second match took us up against the JFC U13 selection. From the first minute, our team took control and dominated the game. A strong first half resulted in a 1:5 lead at halftime. Even in the second half, the energy, joy, and hunger for goals continued, allowing us to celebrate our first victory with a 3:9 win.

In the weeks leading up to Christmas, we expect two more matches, and we warmly welcome all forms of support – whether cheering on the sidelines, encouraging our players, or simply keeping your fingers crossed.
