Ghana family celebration and exhibition

Dear School Community,
We warmly invite you to our Ghana Family Festival – an afternoon full of fun, culture, and cuisine for the whole family.
An event to showcase our current Ghana project and, at the same time, a celebration for the entire family!

✨ What to Expect:
🇬🇭 Exhibition:
Current art projects from the Ghana initiatives will be presented.

🪘 Musical Performances:
Students from the dance project will showcase their skills, and the kindergarten kids will rock the stage.

🥣 Fufu Pounding:
Try your hand at this traditional food preparation.

🐟 Grilled Tilapia:
Fresh fish, seasoned in typical Ghanaian style, served with Banku.

🥤 Local Drinks:
Refreshing Ghanaian specialties.

🎨 Workshops:
- Pottery – Create your own artwork with the master potters from the Happy Arts Academy.

- Batik Workshop – Learn the art of traditional fabric dyeing.
(Both workshops require a small participation fee.)

🏡 Games & Fun:
Learn more about our new playground project and see the latest progress in its construction.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to let you know that I have some acrylic paint and brushes from the art room for a project I'm working on in classes 5/6 &7. I’ll make sure to return them tomorrow.

I just took part in a workshop from the Zfa about how to energize our kids (especially in primary). Maybe you can use some of the ideas for yourself. I will try to translate it after school.
Our new internship Theo just landed. He will come tomorrow to the school at 12:30 and will introduce himself at the meeting.
He studies Sports and Politics and is also into Physics.
