GISA – School Band: Making Music Together 🎶

Do you enjoy playing the electric guitar, drums, or keyboard? Would you like to sing or simply be part of a band and celebrate music together? Then the GISA School Band is the perfect place for you!

The band rehearses every Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the Multi Room. Under the dedicated guidance of our music teacher Jakob Platzek, students work together on songs, rhythms, and musical arrangements. The focus is not only on developing musical skills, but also on teamwork, confidence, creativity, and expression.

Music plays an important role at GISA. It supports concentration, social skills, and cultural awareness, while bringing students together across age groups and backgrounds. The school band offers a valuable space for students to discover and develop their talents and to experience the joy of performing as a team.

Several performances are planned for this school year, including participation in the school musical at the end of the year. All music-loving students are warmly invited to join the rehearsals and become part of the GISA School Band.
