Project Time at GISA: “German Connects”

Written on 19 August 2025

At GISA, we place great importance on nurturing the individual talents, passions, and interests of our students. A key element of this is our Project Time, where students can choose from a wide and regularly changing range of creative activities. These projects are led by both our teachers and dedicated parents.

In the Primary School, Project Time takes place across grades on two afternoons per week, while in the Secondary School it is held on one afternoon. This week marked the kick-off of the first projects of the new school year – all under the theme “German Connects.”

The aim is to present the outcomes of these projects at our major event “130 Million – German Connects” on Saturday, October 18, as part of the German Days.

With such a diverse and creative range of options, it wasn’t easy for the children to choose. In Primary School, the choices included Fairy Tales, a Fashion Show, Rap, or the “Word Show.” In Secondary School, students could opt for Comic Design, Game Development, Exploring Castles, or a Time Machine project.

We are excited about this inspiring start and are already looking forward with great anticipation to the presentation of the results in October.
